Wm. Scott Ayers received his Bachelor's Degree in Management from Southern Illinois University, graduating with honors. In 1986, he was awarded his law degree from Western State University. Mr. Ayers has served as Judge Pro Tem in the West and the Harbor Justice Centers of the Orange County Superior Court He was trained as a Master Trial Advocate by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy through the Notre Dame College of Law. He is a retired United States Marine Corps officer.
